Glendale Pharmacy is a fully owned subsidiary of PSCH dedicated to providing the highest level of
pharmaceutical services to its consumers. The hours of operation are Monday through Friday 9am-7pm
and Saturday 9am -2pm. It is located at 61-16 Cooper Avenue, Glendale, NY 11385.
Free pick-up and delivery is provided for PSCH consumers in residential facilities and treatment programs.
In addition, Glendale Pharmacy provides services to PSCH staff and is open to the community to provide
fulfillment of prescription orders.
