Community Support and General Treatment Services

PSCH operates two programs funded by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Association (SAMHSA), which provide support to adults residing in the five boroughs and in areas of Suffolk and Nassau Counties.

The Enhanced Community Support (ECS) program assists individuals in Supported Housing to live and thrive in the community. ECS may be a person’s primary support program or it can be a supplement to other case management services. ECS also provides a “next step” for those graduating from their current case management program.

For more information or to make a referral, call ECS at 347-542-4251 or email ECS@PSCH.org.

The General Treatment for the Homeless program addresses the needs of persons with a history of chronic homelessness, substance abuse or co-occurring disorders who are being released from the NYC Riker’s Island Correctional Facility. Services include assessment and referral for integrated treatment.

For more information or to make a referral, call 718-559-0561 or email GTH@PSCH.org.
